Nowadays almost all the people tend to engage with internet very often, while each and every day today tasks, surfing and browsing the web. Now we are in the digital world, We are living with note books, Palm tops, lap tops, IPods, Internets, Face book, Google, Yahoo, You tube.
So, today at least billions peoples having internet facilities for log into the internet & use web for fulfilled their various needs by internet, Like wise search something about companies, Products or Interest about something like wise see videos on you tube, Listen to the songs in online web, Show films, TV programme, cricket matches and be socialized by using social media tools like wise facebook, Twwiter, Twoo. And also do conversation via email/Gmail & applying for jobs.
So, we can’t hide from this trend. We should update this digital knowledge & should utilize that knowledge for our studies, Future career path & day to day life. In order to that, Marketers, Advertisers & companies should update with this digital knowledge. Because of consumers, their target audience & all other people who utilized & update with digital trend, may be a challenge for above parties.(Marketers,Advertisers,Companies0.becuase they have good knowledge about digital world.
So, real marketers also should be a part of digital world. For that should utilize the social media tools & online web facilities to Awareness & advertise/ promote their brand, Products/Services, new events, CSR activities, Companies History & current Situation among their target audience, Consumers, Fans & all other public. This is the more opportunities for doing two way communication. Because can get comments, positive word of mouth, feed backs , Complaints. And also supply the answers for inquires on online web. Then marketers can keep long term relationships with their profitable customers and earn more profit by reducing cost of advertising /promotion & distribution cost.
